To increase the intensity of a run and burn more calories you have to run faster or longer which can quickly mean you reach your limit. Strength training is much more long term approach... and arguably more enjoyable too.

3. If you're stuck at a certain weight or body fat level I can promise you right now that it isn't another supplement that you need. A supplement is just that, a supplement to your diet and lifestyle if you find yourself lacking. It is not the main reason why you lose weight... no matter what the adverts tell you. Don't waste your money on any more supplements before you get your diet and exercise inline.

Sure you'll lose weight in the short term as you're cutting a lot of calories but are you going to continue that way for life? If the answers no, and who wants to never eat pizza again?! then that is not the diet for you. Instead take an approach that allows you to enjoy what you want in moderation and you're more likely to stick to it.

5. Quit making excuses! Excuses are constantly moving you further away from your goals. Things are always going to be difficult. Shit will happen. Events will come up but you CAN do this.
