What could be more perfect on a Friday than a batch of these incredibly decadent, rich and fudgy Chocolate Brownie Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies? I can’t think of anything 😉 These beauties are irresistible and freeze so well that I keep a freezer stash at all times to pull for dessert or tea time when I have guests. I also just eat them frozen straight from the icebox and they are unreal! The recipe comes from my “Scientifically Sweet Chocolate” cookbook!
